How do I order additional items for my booth (furniture, electrical, AV, etc.)?

When your booth was purchased, your company designated an Administrative Contact. This person can log in to the Exhibitor Portal starting January 12, 2026 to order additional items and access service forms.

If you experience login issues, please contact: orders@shepardes.com or 404-720-8600

If you need to change your Administrative Contact, email info@isapartners.org.

Please note:
It may take up to 72 hours after your booth purchase for portal access to become active.

I’m exhibiting at the event, what’s the difference between an Administrative Contact and a Company Meeting Coordinator?

Administrative Contact (required)- This person manages everything related to the physical booth and pre-event logistics. They’ll have access to the Exhibitor Portal starting January 12, 2026, where they can order extra furniture, electrical, AV, and other booth items. They’ll also find shipping information and vendor forms there. This is the contact that ISA will be communicating with in regards to important exhibiting information. Think of this role as handling the setup and logistics for your company’s booth before the event.

Company Meeting Coordinator (optional)- Not every company needs one. Some larger companies choose a single person to manage all meeting schedules for their team. This person can accept, decline, or transfer meeting invitations for everyone at their company once scheduling opens (3–4 weeks before the event). In some cases, the Administrative Contact and the Company Meeting Coordinator may be the same person. Most companies let each attendee manage their own schedule, so this is a totally optional feature.

If you need to update your company’s contacts, please email info@isapartners.org. Note: Changes can take up to 72 hours to process.

I would like to work with ISA to create a custom booth size that is currently not on the floor map, who should I contact?

Contact Destani Barr, Director of Events at dbarr@isapartners.org
